There are five categories of membership:

Founder members:

There are Six founder members who envisioned and created the Adi Sankara International Foundation. They have contributed immensely by their time, energy effort, and all the money required including the A Class membership fees – They will be the permanent custodians of the Trust.

A Class member ship:

These are permanent membership attained by paying INR 5000/- one time (Indian Rupees Five Thousand only, one time) and shall be part of the Core Committee. A class member will be brought in to the governing body role of the Trust by mode of democratic election process. The A Class member are part of the Annual general body sessions.

Ordinary Membership:

This is a regular annual membership program attained by paying INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) for a period of 12 months. The members can renew their membership by paying annually. They will be party to all programs and services offered to the society.

Institutional Members:

Corporate Institutions / Business entities are encouraged to take membership by paying INR 1,00,000 (Rupees One lac only). These will be regarded as their corporate social responsibility and shall receive necessary tax consideration as per the prevailing tax regulations. These funds shall help supporting various charitable activities envisioned by the foundation.

Honorary Members:

This membership is awarded by invitation to renowned people who have been contributing to the development of the society and sustainability of humanity. The foundation shall seek their advice and guidelines to serve the humanity effectively.
